Shipping charges are non-refundable. All Body, Bath & Shower products are made to order and generally ship within 48 hours; however, production and delivery times may vary. Additionally, every effort will be made to ensure in stock inventory is available for face products; however, during peak ordering times delivery timeline may vary. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from French and English, we are happy to work with you to make it right by providing (1) an exchange for other products, or (2) store credit.
